In this short class series we'll be taking a look at 2 autonomous flight applications for drone work. We'll check out Drone Harmony and Measure Ground Control.

There are many applications out there to help drone operators with Photogrammetry. We could spend days going through the applications out there, but it's really not necessary. Each of these applications do very similar things. They allow us to select a flight area, capture multiple photos over the flight area, and offload our images for 2D and 3D modeling. Some apps offer a wide array of features, and others are fairly bare bones. We've selected Drone Harmony and Measure Ground control as 2 applications that stand out for some of their more unique features.

If you choose to use other autonomous flight applications that is okay! As you'll see, the core functions can be found in both low end applications and high end applications as well.
