In the drone industry, things change. Since the initial launch of this course we've seen new drones, new flight applications, & new FAA rules. We've seen the expansion of drone usage in many industries as well.

This class series was initially created to help drone pilots who are just starting out, and new to Modeling and Mapping with drones. The tools available today have changed a little, but not as dramatically as they could have.

One of the focuses of this course is to help beginners get into 3D Modeling without breaking the bank. Unfortunately, DJI has started breaking their new drones out into hobbyist drones and commercial drones. Not all drones can be used for 3D modeling, and we talk about that in this updated lecture.
